Delhi Public School Ghaziabad celebrated Scholar Badge Ceremony for the students of class 5 . The headmistress Ms. Sangeeta Mukherjee Roy felicitated the students with the badges during special assembly. The moment instilled pride in the hearts of great achievers.
class IV presented a colourful and vibrant show depicting the life of Lord
Krishna. The children sang and danced with vigour and enthusiasm in the true
festive spirit to celebrate Krishna Janmashtami. The playing The spectacular show was indeed a treat
to the eyes of the audience.
India is the only country where all festivals, be it religious or national, are celebrated with great enthusiasm. On 13th August, 2019, the students of Class II of DPSG celebrated an enchanting extravaganza on Raksha Bandhan. This was followed by a captivating dance performance by students to honour the brother-sister bond and love.
Class III also celebrated India's 73rd year of Independence with great zeal and patriotic fervour. The students were full of zest which made the programme a huge success. The programme commenced with patriotic songs expressing the joy of freedom. The sight of little DPSG Super Kids in their traditional attires was one to behold. Foot-Tapping melodies were played and the students performed dances, creating a festive ambience.
The students of class II celebrated the brightness of Diwali with great ardour and fervour.
The festive season rang its bell today, 16th Oct 2018, at DPSG when class I students celebrated Dussehra with zeal. Different ways of Dussehra Celebration depicted in the special assembly epitomised ‘Unity in Diversity’.
The students of Class IV celebrated Janmashtami ‘ Kanha Ki Kahani’, with all passion and zeal during the special assembly . A skit, with diverse ‘Leelas’ of Sri Krishna, was enacted by the students illustrating the fact that whenever there will be dominance of malevolence ‘He’ will reincarnate to destroy the evil and save the good. They won the soul of spectators by dressing in the attire of Krishna, Gopikas and other various characters and enacting their respective roles perfectly. The event comprised of group dances on the life of Krishna The pranks of Lord Krishna marked the event more fun and frolic. It also made awareness about Indian tradition, custom and culture. Children merrily performed Dandiya dance to the tunes of devotional songs. With their laudable performance, they lighted up the stage and mesmerized the audience. The event concluded with the message of the Principal.
The students of class 3 celebrated the independence day with full fervour and zest. Wrapped with the feeling of patriotism and love for their country they expressed their tribute to all the freedom fighters.
Class VC conducted an assembly suggesting fun and helpful tips to contributing towards healthier and greener surroundings. Nothing that you do is small – it makes a big difference in conserving resources and reducing pollution.
Keeping with the tradition of celebrating all festivals with fervour and gaiety and introducing the children to their rich culture and heritage, a special assembly was conducted on Baisakhi by Class VI on April 13, 2018. It was a treat to see the children dresses in traditional Punjabi attire for their dance performance. The assembly was a perfect example of team work by the students and teachers, where each child got an opportunity to showcase his/ her talent on stage.

Delhi Public School Ghaziabad celebrated its Graduation day ceremony for the students of Class V on 24th February 2018. The young learners graduated from an authorized IB PYP WORLD SCHOOL. It was a rejoicing and much awaited moment for each and every graduating student. The esteemed guest, Ms. Ritu Maheshwari, DM Ghaziabad, graced the occasion with her benign presence. The students mesmerised the audience with the foot tapping dance performance. The students shared their experiences and took back the fond memories of the year they successfully completed. Finally, the students took a step ahead into the threshold for entering the next step of success.
To commemorate the sacrifices of the Indian soldiers and freedom fighters, the students of class VI celebrated FREEDOFEST on the occasion of Independence Day with great zeal and fervour. The event showcased the journey of a soldier from his childhood to martyrdom. It filled them all with immense inspiration and encouragement to exercise the valour of great Indian soldiers.
